Conference Topics and Scope

Research areas addressed by the International Conference on Cloud Computing and Security.

Cloud computing has emerged as an important computing paradigm for deploying, managing and offering services by a shared infrastructure. The conference addresses the research challenges this raises, including research management, data security, privacy and trusted computing.

Call for Papers

ICCCS 2018, the 4th International Conference on Cloud Computing and Security, was held in Haikou, China, from June 8-10, 2018. Papers were invited across the areas listed below, giving researchers, academicians, engineers, industrial professionals, students and government officials a forum to share results in the general area of cloud computing and security.

Cloud Computing Architecture and Systems

  • Cloud computing architecture, platforms and service models built on shared infrastructure
  • Deployment, management and scheduling of services over shared resources
  • Elasticity, scalability and resource management in cloud environments

Security Evaluation and Benchmarks Based on Cloud

  • Evaluation and benchmarking of security mechanisms in cloud deployments
  • Performance and security trade-offs in shared cloud infrastructure
  • Methods for measuring and comparing security properties of cloud systems

Data Security, Privacy and Trusted Computing

  • Data security and protection of resources hosted in the cloud
  • Privacy protection and access control for data in shared environments
  • Trusted computing and trusted execution for cloud services
  • Research management practices for cloud and security research

Publication

Accepted papers from ICCCS 2018 were published in LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science). Papers from ICCCCS2015 were indexed by EI Compendex.
